Red bump on penis concerned

Im a 17 year old male who is under some stress.About 4 weeks ago I had unprotected sex with my new girlfriend who i have known over the last year or so very well. She was only sexualy active with one other person who i also know very well and I'd say I'm about 99 percent sure they are both clean of STDS.
So anyway i recently noticed a single, small, pinkish - red bump on my penis. To be more specific its about 1/8 of an inch in diameter. Its not big enough to be able to squeeze it and get any discharge, just alittle blood if you squeeze the heck out of it. Its causing me no pain.
Ive been keeping it very clean and applying neosporen at night. I'm not worried about Herpes or warts beause from what i understand they appear in clusters. I guess the only real serious STD im worried about is syphilis. The bump is small and isnt a urcel so it seems unlikely but I guess there is a chance. I dont know what it is but it is stressing me out. Is their anyone out their who has had syphils or knows what the very primary stages are like. Also if someone could relieve me of stress and thinks its probably nothing post that too.
