Red spots under penis head

Hi, I recently received oral sex on two separate occasions, one 11 days
ago and the other 2 days ago. After the most recent one I've noticed
that I have some red spots just below the head of my penis. I'm not sure if there is a lump next to them or if I'm just looking at my penis too much and the lump is a blood vessel or something else normal. The tip of the penis also has a mild tingling sensation. I’m uncircumcised if that matters.

I'm increasing worried as the first occasion was with someone that is
known to have many sexual partners. I have booked myself into a sexual health clinic to be tested but the appointment is a couple of weeks away.

Couple of pictures, one zoomed in, one zoomed out.
