So I had sex with a hooker for 3 seconds unprotected in her anus. Developed irritation/pain in penis next day. For 30 days I did nothing and wasn't very stressed out about this. Suddenly my dick had a sharp pain and I felt sick in my head. I instantly became very stressed out thinking I had HIV or something. Took zithromax from doc to see if would go away. No change. Got tested for all STDs and infections all fine. Still very stressed out. IBS, central chest pain, folliculitis, redness in pores that worsens when sweating, extreme itchiness, concentration problems, all developed. Began vegan juicing detox for 30 days - chest and ibs gone but penis pain was the same. Went back to States from Costa Rica and retested after 7 months for HIV ghon chlam all neg. 4 months pass. Testes by urologist with swab culture, psystoscopy, and all STDs. No abnormalities except positive for Herpes 1/2. No other sex partners ever except this *****. All previously listed symptoms continued (chest pain and ibs returned after not only juicing). Began going to MD who treats holistically. All kinds of tests done. Only abnormality is severe vitamin D (17 on 30-90 scale) deficiency and 5x normal strep antibodies which supposebly caused my OCD my whole life. I have now been on a no gluten, dairy, and sugar diet as well as supplements for 1/2 months and only penile pain in mostly top of penis is still constant. It worsens with physical or mental stress but is always there. Xanax has made it barely noticeable in the past. Besides herpes, can I transmit a disease to someone else? Do I have a new retrovirus/disease such as XMRV?
Yea but I wasn't anxious about it and it may have been 2-3 days I don't even remember it was just really soon after I had sex with her. The pain is intense. I do thing it could be neurological though
Yea its just my penis started hurting the day after we had sex and it hasn't stopped since. Herpes doesn't cause constant pain.
So herpes,deficiencies, and stress led to chronic penile pain and widespread symptoms?
