Risk from penis touched with sores

I went to a massage place. The lady touched and started to massage my penis unprotected for a few seconds. I got worried and stopped her. I asked to see her hands and could see a few sores on the palms of her hands and arms. She did not speak English so I couldn’t understand what they were. They were not actively bleeding and looked like burns. Do I need to worry or test from this encounter?

Hello again.  You also will not get an STD from a hand job. That is safe.

Thanks — including no risk for hep C?
Yes. Hep C is only spread by blood. It is rarely spread by sexual transmission. When it is, it's usually by unprotected anal sex.

You really had no risk.
