Risk of getting syphilis by being licked on skin

Hello experts. Hope this message find you well. I'd like to get some suggestions from you about below condition.
Is there any risk to get syphilis if my skin was licked by a syphilitic? It is not a oral sexual. Just lick on chest, neck, leg and nipple. this behavior brokenly continued for around 30 minutes.
Could you please share your idea?
Thanks.

There is no risk to this. The skin on most of your body is too thick for germs to penetrate. The only areas that STDs can infect you are your mouth and genitals.
