Risk to regular partner? Antibiotics confusion

I’ve been here before and the information on the site is tremendous, so thank you!

After hooking up with someone from a dating site, I (a male) received unprotected oral from a female and we had protected penetrative sex.

No symptoms to note, 3 days later I met with a regular partner and had unprotected sex. 3 days following that, still no symptoms for me, however my regular partner expressed that she had a “pain in her vagina”, no other symptoms though.

Just to chuck a spanner in the works, throughout this period I had been taking strong antibiotics for an unrelated health issue.

Questions are:

Should I be concerned that I have passed anything on to my regular partner?

Would the antibiotics somewhat negate being symptomatic but still carry risk of transmission?

Due to taking antibiotics testing could be inaccurate, do I still get tested?

Unsure what do do with this one other than play a waiting game.

Thanks in advance.

Greetings. Addressing your questions.
1. Should I be concerned that I have passed anything on to my regular partner?

The possibility is very low: unprotected oral you received is a low risk encounter and the fact you had no symptoms makes it even lower. "Pain in the vagina" is not necessarily is a symptom of an STI.

2. Would the antibiotics somewhat negate being symptomatic but still carry risk of transmission?

Highly unlikely. If the antibiotics kill some or all of the bacteria they also drastically lower the chances of transmission.

3. Due to taking antibiotics testing could be inaccurate, do I still get tested?

If you choose to get tested for bacterial infections (gonorrhea and chlamydia) you should wait at least a week after you are off the antibiotics.
It would be a good idea to test for syphilis at 6 weeks mark after you had risky encounter (make sure it is at least 4 weeks you are off the antibiotics).

Thanks for coming back to me on this. She’s suggested that she’s experiencing a discomfort / irritation and some slight irritation when urinating. Again, no symptoms from me.

My understanding is that it’s highly unlikely I have anything should symptoms not be present from such an act? The most likely with symptoms this early on is Gon, Clam is more theoretical than anything else and much lower risk of the other?

I’ll get tested anyway after 7 days to be sure but just weighing everything up.

Cheers.
Yes, you got it right. There is very low risk for anything after a single oral sex exposure, and testing is mostly for your peace of mind.
Your partner's symptoms may have both infectious or non-infectious causes; it is hard to guess.
