chlamydia?

Hi...im a 42yr old male who is having left testicle pain...lower abdomen discomfort...kidney and lower back soreness. Frequent urination but no burning or discharge. Did have flu like symptoms. Also have history of inguinal hernia and genital herpes. Could this be flare ups of both or have i caught something? Hhh...im a mess mentally.
