So to start off this novel, I had brief mutual unprotected oral with another male 38 days ago. On day 8 after intercourse with my significant other I noticed irritation around my urethra and directly under the head of my penis where the foreskin joins. This of course amped up my nerves and so I watched like a hawk for discharge over the next 4 days until I could get in to see the doctor. They took a urine sample and gave me rocephin azithromyicin and metronazole. We abstain from sex during the following week, however my significant other masturbates with a toy and the following day has dysuria and itching like a yeast infection from not cleaining it properly. This was 7 days from when we had unprotected sex. During this time my symptoms seem to fall by the wayside and I get my results back which are negative for everything. Thinking that we are safe we have intercourse, and 6 days after that I get the irritation on my foreskin back. It looked almost like a yeast infection that I had years ago with redness and a flaky dry skin look one morning. So for the week following this I used lotrim cream and it seemed to respond but failed to entirely go away. On day 28 from exposure I noticed that my testicles were starting to ache, not unlike the varicocele that I was diagnosed with a decade ago. But this time it was in both sides and accompanied my bilateral sciatica issues and what seemed to be a reduced flow. I went and saw a different doctor who from the symptoms (no exam)thought it may be epidymitis and prescribed levofloxacin along with another urine sample. I have been on the levofloxacin for 5 days now and the testicle ache has gone and come back, along with the irritation under the head. Still no discharge excepting during one bowel movement. My significant other has been suffering from mid month spotting from a low dose pill for months, however this month it is heavier and longer like a full fledged period. Any ideas on what is going on? The only thing I can come up with is a false negative for chlamydia on the initial test. Or i'm crazy which is likely.
