I've been having burning while i have sex & urinate also have a bad smell down there, all of this has been going on for about 4 years. I've been tested two times for STD and I can out negative both times. What could this be??

definitely follow up on this with your provider. you need properly tested for vaginitis too. bv is very common and can cause odor.

do you have a regular partner? have they been tested for stds too?

Perhaps you could ask to be
tested for std's they haven tested for yet or for them to take a look at a sample of
your cervical swab
