Concerned about STD

So I had my annual physical almost 3 weeks ago.  They did a urinalysis along with a CBC and both came back perfectly normal (no elevated White Blood Cells in the CBC or Leukocytes in the urinalysis).

Two weeks ago, my significant other was complaining of UTI like symptoms and started a 10 day dose of Cipro.  On the 5th day of her taking Cipro, we had intercourse.

Yesterday, 5 days after we had intercourse, I spent almost the entire day having to urinate.  No pain or discomfort uriniating but just urinating a lot.  I haven't noticed ANY discharge other than before/after I pee, if i squeeze the head of my penis I can squeeze out what looks to me like urine (it is not milky, sticky or anything like that).

I am 100% confident my SO has been faithful.  I have not been so faithful in the past (have received unprotected oral).

My questions are:
(1)  If I had an existing STD infection at the time of my physical 3 weeks ago would my CBC/Urinalysis have reflected an abnormality of some sort?
(2) Do my "symptoms" sound like an STD such as Chlamydia?
(3) Could I have a UTI passed on to me via my Significant Other?

I am concerned that perhaps I should go get checked out.. By the way, my SO no longer has any UTI symptoms, they were resolved with the Cipro medication.

Please advise

Well not a STD symptoms. If plenty comes out then your bladder is full.

Also did the UTI pee on a stick kit and it showed positive for Leukocytes (slightly) and negative for Nitrites, not sure if that means anything either way.

plenty comes out, and i don't think I am drinking more than usual.  i wonder if there is correlation with my significant other's UTI.

Your thought about discharge is correct. Maybe a UTI, but would probably hurt. Bladder infection maybe?

I would see a Dr just for an exam and explain symptoms.

When you urinate does alot come out of just a little to none?

So any ideas then why I would be needing to urinate constantly?  Urine is clear, flow is normal.  I had read that NGU and Chlamydia could have symptoms which included frequent urination and discharge.  I don't think what I have (squeezing out before and especially after some drops from tip of Penis) is discharge.  I would think discharge would be probably constantly flowing/oozing out, perhaps slowly, and showing up on my boxers and wouldn't resemble urine but obviously I am not an MD and am concerned.  Should I go get an exam?  Should i feel some comfort that my recent blood work and urinalysis reflected nothing abnormal or am I trying to hard to be optimisitc?  Should I take those UTI test's you can purchase from CVS/Walgreens and see if there are traces of Leukocytes or Nitrites?

1) Maybe
2) No as because your symptoms would be constant
