STD Symptoms Help!

I received unprotected oral sex back on Nov 18th from a CSW (stripper). At nine days - I tested for Chlamydia, Gono, Rapid HIV test, Syphilis, Hep, and Herpes (all negative).

Around week three - I started to get a warm testicle pain, occasional penile tingling/burning, groin lymph nodes felt sore, and some nausea.

Went back and tested at week four - Chlamydia, Gono, and Herpes (all negative). I got a shot of something and a round of Doxycycline which I finished, but the warm testicular pain, occasional penile tingling/burning, tender groin lymph nodes and nausea have not subsided.

I am going back to test at week eight, but I am wondering what could this most likely be? I am hoping that the HIV RNA test at nine days is reliable and I shouldn't worry about that.

Anyone else have any other ideas? Going to see my doc Next week and I want to have some idea of what to ask considering he might write me off like Dave did.

I know its a small risk but still a risk that i want to be prepared for.

Hi it would most likely be caused by your constant touching checking for things since oral is very low risk for any std.
