I gave oral sex to another man, but now my penis head hurts

I recently performed fellatio on another man, within the past few weeks. I'm also in what is a monogamous relationship with another man, who performed fellatio on me a couple days ago. I know I screwed up, but now I'm worried.

This morning I work up with pain at the tip of my penis, it almost feels like its cold. There is no discharge of any type, and I went and bought an OTC UTI test, and that came back negative.

Is there any risk I could have anything? Even if I contracted something in my throat, what are the chances it would cause pain on my penis? Or am I being overly paranoid?

If you are still concerned about it I would get tested although the chances of getting a STD from performing oral and receiving are low there is still a risk but just a very low risk. Chances you got something are very low but for furture reference you should always use a condom even with oral. You said you don’t have any discharge which is good news and if you got herpes it would of shown by now.  penis head pain could be from soap or trauma to the penis. If it was a STD you would have discharge by now and symptoms. But get tested to put your mind at ease. But I highly doubt you got anything don’t over think it! Chances are very low
