STD Without Sex?

I have never had sex and have never done anything that could have resulted in this but I have had small painless bumps on th underside of my penis since I can remember. They are in clusters and are hard to the touch but again I don't know how this could have happened? Pleases help in any way because I don't want this to effect my sex life in the future.
                                                                                                               Thank You.

Yes, they are in a trail like pattern that you described. I tried to pop one like a pimple and a little bit of white stuff came out. I still dont think this is normal?

you haven't had sex so it's not a std.

It's either a lymphocele , pearly papules or just your normal anatomy. sometimes the skin can look odd from a circumsicion too.

Do these bumps form a kind of trail up the underside of the penis?

There are some bumps towards the top of my penis to and those cant be hair follicles. They wouldn't be on the top toward the tip would they?

Could be hair follicles? Not an STD if you have not had sex that is for sure.
