STD after encounter with trans sex worker?

Hello,

I'm a young man and yesterday, I went to see an escort who was a transgender woman. We both performed oral sex on each other and this was protected and I then we had anal sex where I was active and this was done with a condom as well, but then came the part that I'm a little anxious about: After I was unable to finish after a few different positions, she took off the condom and made me masterbate while she gave me some oral on my testicles and perineal area.

After I finished, I went and showered. After that, I just politely asked her if she knew her HIV-status and she told me not to worry, she gets tested regularly and takes prep. After I left, she even sent me another message telling me not to worry, she takes prep and we used condoms, so HIV shouldn't really be a concern.

So it's mostly other STDs I'm concerned about. My question is how risky is it to take off a condom after active anal sex and masterbate? Could I have gotten some bacteria on my penis from that?
Also, at one point, even though I didn't ask for that, she performed oral on my anus which was also unprotected. Could I get something from that?

Thank you very much for any reply.

Glad you 'mostly' used protected. Masturbating yourself while receiving oral is very low risk. In the absence of symptoms, I would not worry at all. And for the record, oral sex is never a risk for HIV. The only risks for HIV are to have unprotected vaginal or anal sex or share IV needles to inject drugs. Air and saliva inactive the virus . . . and you take prep. So, no worries.

Thank you for your answer. The main thing I was concerned about was the bacteria on the condom that was taken off and I assume air doesn't inactivate everything.
I mean my question was: Can you get something from the bacteria or whatever on a condom used for anal sex if you masturbate right after you remove it?
Nothing transmits that way. Assuming she had gonorrhea or chlamydia anally, for example, those aren't transmitted by hands. By the time she removed the condom and started touching you, anything would have either died or started degrading enough to not infect you.

The only risks here, and they are very slight, is if the perianal licking was actually a rimjob. That might put you at risk for genital herpes type 1, if you don't have oral herpes type 1 already, and possibly anal gonorrhea and chlamydia, but that's really unlikely, as those reside in the throat, and are most often not transmitted just by licking.
