Frotting/Oral std Risk. Please help

Hello, I engaged in frotting (naked) and some oral play MSM about 4 weeks ago. We mutual masturbated each other with our genitals touching and some precum on both sides. Recently I’ve been noticing a clear and sticky discharge (very very light) almost like precum. But also I have been a very frequent masterbator up until recently. I am concerned on whether this is a std from the encounter. He also gave me oral for a few seconds but he says he was tested a month before our encounter and negative. Or if this is precum because I do have horny thoughts and get erections throughout the day and think it might be precum just from quitting masturbation cold turkey and it is just sensitive to erections? Any ideas or thoughts

A clear discharge isn't usually indicative of an infection. If it's happening with arousal, it could be pre-cum.

A few seconds of oral isn't likely to transmit anything, but if you're concerned, you could always test.

I'm not sure why you suddenly stopped masturbating, but if you didn't stop for religious reasons, or because you felt like it was interfering with your daily activities, you could always masturbate and see if that stops this from happening.

Well. I felt like I was dry masturbating excessively. 3x a day. Last time I was doing that I developed Balanitis so I stopped again. I was masturbating to the point where I could ejaculate without needing to be fully erect which kinda leads me to believe that this could be precum even if I have horny thoughts and I’m not fully erect. If this was a STI it was either from a prior encounter MSF in which this is showing up 7 months later lol or from the most recent encounter MSM but he swears up and down he is on doxypep and prep and gets tested every 3 months and sometimes more due to him donating plasma as a source of income. I might just be overthinking because the discharge is very inconsistent
There isn't a set number of times per day that is considered excessive. It's more about any physical effects, how it's impacting your daily activities, etc.

Some people masturbate a few times a day, others a few times a week, some a few times a month - all normal. It just depends on how it impacts them personally.

A discharge from an STI isn't inconsistent. This makes me think it's not an STI, but again, if you're concerned, you could always just test and put your mind at ease. If the encounter from 7 months ago and this one are your only encounters, you aren't really high risk, but testing might help put this behind you.
Well I thought it was excessive for me. It was interfering with my work so stopped. I had chlymidia once before and i had a clear discharge that was consistent and slight burning when peeing so I was scared this was the same thing but it isn’t consistent or have any other symptoms but still a bit anxious.
I’m thinking my body is used to precumming without being fully erect due to the masturbating  so now when I do get slightly erect or have sexual thoughts this is precum reacting to that?
It sounds like a good possibility. I can't tell you for sure, though, as only lab tests can rule out an STI. It doesn't sound like one at all, but if you have concerns, you should test.

Good for you for stopping the masturbation when it seemed excessive for you and was interfering with work. :)
Are the chances of sti low with my MSM encounter. The tips of our penises did touch with precum possibly.  is it possible I could’ve got something. He said he was tested in January of this year and then again 2 weeks after our encounter and was negative both times. Add in doxypep and prep.
I already said the chances were low. There is no risk with the tips of your penises touching briefly. The only possible risk here is from the oral, and that's low risk.

Again, I can't tell you if you have an STI. No one can. Only lab tests can. If you are worried, you should test.
Okay do you have a lot of experience concerning this topic? Just asking thank you
