Swollen Groin Lymph Node

Hello, this morning I woke up and noticed that the right side of my pelvis was somewhat tender to touch.  So I felt around and felt a small bump under the skin where the leg meets the pelvis on the right side of the pelvis.  I am assuming that it is a lymph node.  I am curious if I need to worry about HIV causing this.  A little over 3 months ago I open mouth kissed, fingered, and received oral sex from a girl that I thought was clean but have heard after the fact is promiscuous.  Also, I was out of town recently and woke up yesterday morning with what are without a doubt bug bites on the right side of my buttocks.  Probably bed bugs.  Would the bites most likely be the cause as I noticed the swollen nodes the day after the bites?  Or should I be more worried about the previous situation?  Thank you for any insight!

Hello

Please post your question on HIV, on the HIV prevention forum.

P.S. being promiscuous doesn't not equate to being dirty.   Only not showering equates to being dirty.   I don't know the girl, but I'm sure she is clean, probably smelled good too.
