Hi I met a guy for masturabtion. We didnt touch. I ejaculated on my chest. He gave me a towel to clean myself up. I am worried there could have been dried sperm on the towel. Can i contract an STD through this?

No, STDs don't transmit through objects. They only transmit through oral, vaginal or anal sex.
Even if there was dried sperm on the towel, if it was dried, anything on or in it would have died or deteriorated enough to not be a transmission risk.
