Follow-up/Retesting after Mycoplasma hominis treatment?

Hello,
I had Mycoplasma Hominis and Ureaplasma Parvum detected in PCR test.
I am now taking Doxycycline for 14 days.
I have been to several doctors and each one says something else.
Regarding follow-up and redoing the PCR test, when can I do the PCR testing again ASAP?
one doctor told me I can do a retest in two weeks,
the other doctor said one month.
The whole time I'm in treatment on Doxycycline and also need to wait for results, I can't have sex at all and acting like a monk with my girlfriend. and she's afraid as well.
So how long do I need to refrain from sex at all and to wait for doing a retest?

There was also a question of the length of the treatment with Doxycycline.
The first doctor says I need to take Doxycycline for 7 days.
The second doctor says I need to take Doxycycline for 10 days.
The third doctor says I need to take Doxycycline for 14 days.
So who is right?

What are the chances I will get cured from Mycoplasma Hominis after this treatment with Doxycycline?
Thank you very much for response.
