STD from protected oral sex?

Hi, I would like to know what are the chances of contracting any sort of STDs from protected oral sex. I recently received protected oral sex from a sex worker and I am worried sick because I noticed I had two dry red spots on my scrotum and itchy anus two days later. Can anyone give me some advice on what it might be? Your help is greatly appreciated.

See a Dr, skin issues need to be examined as most of the time they are not STD related. As for your risk, I see no real risk for a STD.
