Engaged in oral sex with a sex worker

about a week ago and now I have a few little pimples on my chin below my lips.

Could that be as a result of giving a sex worker oral sex?

No testing, just a look at my throat and listened to my chest.

Ok, thanks, followed your advice and received Ciprofloxacin, Cetirizine, Amantadine and paracetamol.

Think it was just a co-incidence?

Probably just a throat infection. If worried see a Dr.

I've also noticed my tongue looks whiter or furrier than usual.  Throat still sore and glands still swollen and painful.  Is this just a throat infection? Or symptoms of an STD?

Ok, thanks.  I have also been working very hard and am probably a bit run down.  I have a sore throat. Not sure if this is related.

It's possible but not likely. Bumps can be many things often not a STD. See a Dr for proper diagnosis.
