STD or uti or something

hi i had sexual encounter with a female kissing her and thenreceving oral sex on march 7, about 3 days later came up with a sore throat and excessive mucus from the mouth(spitting), then i met her again on march 23 and she gave me oral sex again, then 2 days later i had testicluar pain and was afraid so i wnet to the doctor a day after my symptoms. He did a urine test and swab and i as given azithromycin and apo-ciproflox to treat both gonorhhea and chlamydia befor the results came in and i tested neg for both, then i started having trouble urinating, so i wnet to the doctor and he said my prostate felt a bit full so i was given ciprofloxacin. the symptoms cleared up and todays is april 26. Well this morning i was urinating and at the end of the urination(after the urine stopped) i saw a white discharge? Could i know what exactly this is? Chlamydia?Gonorrhea?NGU?prostasis? Please
and also it feels like when i urinate there is still some urine left so i push it out

Oral chlamydia is rare.  Some experts, including Drs HHH and Hook say it never happens.  Also, stds like gonorrhea and chlamydia wouldn't be transmitted by kissing.

I think its time you got some counseling for what has turned into an obsession.

We have answered every possible what if situation you have worried about.  You have been tested, and are negative.

Please consider getting some help for anxiety.

This sounds like a prostate issue, and you should follow up with your doc.
