Not really sure

I recently had my first one night stand with a girl at a bar a week ago and never really thought anything about it.  The next day I became worried that I might have gotten an STD because initally the next day I had an itchy rash break out on my back and upper shoulder.  That has gone away since then.  I don't know anything about STD's so I thought maybe that's a symptom.  I've been checking my penis ever since and haven't seen any bumps or redness.  However, I don't know if it is my mind playing tricks on me but it sometimes "feels" like a little part of my penis is kind of burning, not really, but maybe.  It has been on my mind alot and it seems when it is not on my mind I don't feel a thing and nothing brings my mind to it except for the thought of the chance that I might have something.  When I do think it is "burning," I check on it and nothing itches or is red and even when I touch it, it doesn't hurt or anything.  I know it could take a while for an STD to show up but I was just wondering it this feeling without anything showing is a symptom.  Any suggestions?

You wouldn't get symptoms of an std the next day, and you wouldn't get anything on your upper back or shoulder.

If you are concerned about stds, then get tested, but these symptoms - some of which I would guess are due to anxiety - are not std related.

Also, I wore a condom during sex and when I asked her the next day if she had anything she said, "I don't have a thing."
