hey guys so after i experienced a penil discharge i went to the er i asked the doctor what it could possibly be and he said either chlamydia or gonorrhea so the gave me a shot and some pills that took for a week the penil discharge stopped then i had diarrhea that was partially green stool that lasted a couple of days then a week later i saw blood in my stool once i haven't had a fever or any other type of sickness i don't know what it could be i dont have any abdominal pain or any thing but i did move out my former state for  a month and all ive been eaten is take out food so i dont know some one please help thanks

You still took the antibiotics.  I'm referring to a reaction to the antibiotics causing the diarrhea.  Otherwise, there isn't an std that I can think of that would cause diarrhea as I stated in my first reply.

Now that i think about it more, when I was treated with antibiotics for chlamydia, one of the warnings was to inform the doctor of diarrhea during or shortly after.  You need to tell your doctor right away.  It could be an adverse reaction to the antibiotics.

Also with these symptoms on top of the previous discharge it might be related and the discharge might not have been a STD. Advice is to see a Dr.
