receiving oral sex

6 days ago i went to a massage parlour and she performed oral sex on me and i fingered her. we sometimes did kiss but not too long. she put a condom on me but later she took off the condom! 3 days after the exposure i made an appointment with my GP and ask her to do the std test on me and she said it is still in the window periode and any test will be a waste. Until today i didnt catch any symptoms except sometimes feel tingling on my skin

so my question is:
1. could i receive any std since i havent had any symptoms until today? and what is the risk of std if it does?
2.do i need to take a std test? i am very concerned about the risk!
3. when will the right time to take a test?
