about french kissing and STD via oral sex...

I brought home a german girl last night and got a ******* from her. Also, I french kissed her many many times.
What should I worry about? Should I get tested? What if I don't get any symptoms? Thanks!

I wouldn't worry at all about the kissing.

Symptoms include discharge from the penis, sores, lumps, bumps, pain with urinating, etc.

What clinical symptoms should I watch out for? Since I kissed, do I need to check my tongue everyday now?

From oral sex, you can get gonorrhea, syphilis, NGU and genital herpes type 1 (though if you have it orally, you don't need to worry about it).

You can test for gonorrhea and NGU at a week, syphilis at 6 weeks.  I'd suggest getting a herpes test (a type specific IgG herpes test) now and if its negative, test again at 4 months.

Overall, your chances of getting an std from oral sex are lower than if you had intercourse, but its still a possibility.  Getting syphilis from french kissing is possible, but unlikely.
