STD’s or something else?

Hello, I am a male and on 28th od December 2021 I perfomed a oral to a man (I gave an oral to a male person).

2-3 days after I felt sore throat and it was couple of days, I took pastiles and everything to make my throat better, but after I started to cough. I didn’t have any kind of white spots (no signs of strep throat). I took Amoxicilin 500mg 3 times a day to prevent further damage.

During the therapy, I cough during shower and having the toilet -loo things and After few days I felt some strange pain in my penis (in the begging of urethra hole)... I started to pee more times during the day than usual and I felt after 30 min or hour after peeing some sort uncomfortable, it’s not huge pain, I just can’t describe and also I felt that sometimes during the day when I am not peeing (just unexpected feeling of uncomfortable like pressure in urethra).

My question is: Is it possible to transmit STD from mouth to genital (penis) with cough? Once again I perform only oral and kissing to the guy. My genital area was not touched and after I washed my hands as I am obsessed with hygiene. Also, guy didn’t cum, so (Precum and cum) sperm was not presented at all.

I am thinking about chlamydia, gonorrhea, ureaplasma, mycoplasma or trichomoniasis...

If this was just a sore throat and some viral infection that would be ok, but why is my urethra is irritated? Is it possible to be infected by myself  with my own saliva from mouth to the penis via coughing or it just some of my imagination? Or is it possible if I get oral STD to be also felt in genital area, once again my genital area was not in the game, the other guy didn’t even touch me.

Because of my fear of chlamydia and gonorrhea I took 1mg azytromicin and 800mg cefixime at one shot and I still have the same feeling in the urethra. I took this course of medicine almost 9-10 days ago.

My doctor can’t receive me, so I am pretty scared and I would to hear someone’s opinion. Thank you everyone!

If you only performed oral, it is impossible for you to get a genital infection.

Did you take a covid test?

Oral gonorrhea and chlamydia rarely give symptoms, but if they do, it might be a sore throat, swollen glands and a fever. It's not a cough and genital symptoms.

The meds you took would have cured either one of those.

Who is doing these blood tests if you can't see your doctor? Have they tested your urine for any bacteria? Checked your prostate?

Whatever is happening, it's likely not related to the oral sex.

Right now I live in Europe and here the system is different... Yes I had did a oral to the guy and we were kissing. After 2 days I felt sore throat, something like a flu and after few days I started to cough... I just was thinking If I had some oral STD is that possible to transmit to myself via cough to the uretra (you know during shower and something like that). Before this I have never ever had problem with urethra on genital because I have very high hygiene and I am rarely ill, but this time I had a panic attack if I had something. I did my blood test in private laboratory, so if you want doctor opinion that is almost 130$ more, so I skipped that part... Maybe is somehow ordinary UTI infection, but I do not know how. I will do urine test for 2 weeks when I will be cleared from antibiotics which I took just for the test results to be realistic. Thank you for your time and sincere response! :)
I forgot to tell you that I have done 3 antigen COVID tests and I was negative in that time during the infection. I didn’t know why I had those symptoms, so I was thinking about STD’s which I mentioned in my first message.
Your upper respiratory symptoms sound like covid to me.

You can get a UTI even while being very clean. Cleanliness has nothing to do with it.

I hope your symptoms improve and you feel better. :)
Oh I missed your negative covid tests. I don't know how the tests are working there, but in the US, a lot of people with covid are getting false negative antigen tests with Omicron. I don't know if that's what you had or not. You may never know.

Ok, thank you I was thinking about that if I can possibly infect myself via coughing to genital area... Thank you for clarifying me. Have a nice day! :)
You're welcome. :)

I forgot to mention that I took Amoxicillin 3 times a day for 7 days and my cough, fly symptoms and throat got better. I did a blood tests after course with Amoxicilin and my neutrofils were high around 70, but CRP was ok so the inflammation was over. After few days because pain in my urethra, I took 1 mg Azytromicin and 800 mg Cefixime because I was in fear because of chlamydia and gonorrhea, but as I told you I still have same feeling in urethra as before the medicines course... For all those years I didn’t have UTI infection, so for first time in my life I am little scared.
