Do vdrl positive titre 1:1 , tpha negative...

Do VDRL positive titre 1:1, a year back as positive VDRL titre 1:1, 7 months before was negative , then recently VDRL positive titre 1:1 but tpha test all negative...
Doctor said no need to worry about it, should I worried and can i get pregnant and do this VDRL will inherited to my child in future and I didnt have sex throughout in my life
