What are my potential risks for STD/STIs?

The evening of 2/12 I received a massage from a backpage escort. The woman used an unknown oil for the massage. She then proceeded to give me a handjob. Next she took a toy, wrapped a condom around it, and then applied an unknown lubricant to my anal opening. After a few minutes she ran out of lube, took her hand to her mouth, spit on it and then proceeded to lubricate my anal opening again. Shortly after I ejaculated while she was giving me a handjob and was given a towel to clean myself up with.

From the research I have done on this forum and others it appears that this contact is no risk? I engaged in a handjob and anal with a toy/condom because I believed it was safe. My main concern was the saliva to my anus and possibly with the handjob too. But like I said is it true that STDs require penetration or direct contact with the infected area? And saliva or hand contact is not a way to transmit any diseases?

When I went home, I washed my anal opening and penis several times over the next 24hrs with soap and water. 48hrs later on 2/14 and continued to this point my urethra started to have a weird sensation. Was this from an irritation by the washing or could it be something more serious? I am peeing fine, no burning.

My perineum area also hurts with the pain slightly traveling to my testicles. I am a heterosexual male and this was the first time I was penetrated anally. She was very aggressive/rough and two times during the penetration I had a sharp pain. Is the pain I'm feeling something that is normal and I am probably just bruised and will heal in a few day, or is it something more serious? This was also the first time I ejaculated in a month and it was the most I have ever released, could this extra intense orgasm be part of the soreness. I definitely wasn't relaxed during the anal penetration.

I tried to research as much as I could but I couldn't locate the symptoms I am experiencing. My main concern is my risk for STDs/STIs. Obviously I now realize I made a huge mistake but I have been depressed and anxious about what long term affects this could have. If anyone could please help me it would mean a lot.

Okay this is an update and I really need some help..

I got all my tests back, both the swab and the urine analysis. Negative for bacteria and all STDs except I have some evidence of bacterial vaginosis.

I am beyond words right now and so is my doctor because there is no male cases on the Internet and my only contact was through a handjob. Can someone please explain this to me? Can VB be mistaken for a similar bacteria? Can anyone link to a male case or explain how this happened?

I'm sick of the medical establishment claiming men can't get BV although hundreds of men have tested positive for it. Please acknowledge our symptoms so we can get this problem solved.
