Scared to death regarding HIV

Good day, All,

I am very scared and seeking some help here. I had unprotected sex last Friday night with a women whom I met at bar for the first time. She seems to be from a nice family background. But here are the details what happened:

She was visiting Atlanta where I live. We had some conversation for couple of hours and decided to go to her hotel room. After going there and when she is undressed, I started smelling some foul/strange/stinky odor from her body. I was too drunk to realize and I am not sure and this part is still blurred in my mind but I assume she had many black/gray patches on all over her lower abdominal and vagina. And by the time I finished, I realize that the entire room was filled with that same odor. She appeared to be in good health and very fat. But not sure if she was infected with HIV?

I lasted in her for not more that 5 - 10 seconds. Please let me know what are the changes of getting HIV or any other STD. I am very much concerned about her foul smell and patches on her body. Does people with HIV have patches on their body?

I would really appreciate response from you all. I am very scared at this point of time.

Thanks.

your testing was still done too early.

continue to follow up with your provider as needed for your symptoms.

the only testing you had done that was accurate was chlamydia and gonorrhea.

no reason to think this was hiv causing her symptoms. All women smell differently and vaginal odor isn't due to hiv infection.

a one time encounter is very low risk for anything.

Thanks for the response KDaily. I know I am at risk and I had bee to hospital yesterday done with all the above tests and waiting for the reports on Monday. I also asked doctor to prescribe me HIV prevention medicine. But doc refused to do so saying that the scenario I described has very less chances of getting infected with HIV but still he didn't rule out the possibility. However, HIV prevention medicine has some side effects and so he doesn't want me to suggest it at this time.

Do you want me to consult another physician to see if he can prescribe me with HIV prevention medicine?

Thanks,
Shujzz
