thrush or not

Recently, I had unprotected sex with a girl who works in the medical field, and assured me it would be fine. In fact it occurred over 2 nights. This was one of those things that just happened. Then about 4 days later, I was away in another country and  I was with another girl who I see once or twice a year. This may sound like I am terribly deviant, but, thats not really the case, however, it would have been unusual to use protection with the second girl because we never do when we meet and it would have seemed strange. Now, I am almost certain, indeed as certain as one can ever be that girl 2 has not slept with anyone else in the period between our meetings. However girl 2 does quite often have trouble with ITI's after not having sex for a long time and then having quite a lot in a few days. So, on about the 3rd day after having sex with girl 2, she complained of a viginal infection, and went to the pharmacy and bought some cream. It helped and after some days seemed to be better, so we did have sex once more. The infection then became worse and she went to a GP and was given some medication in the form of a single pill and told it was thrush. At about this time I noticed a 'slight' skin rash with a couple of very small pimples just on one side to the right of the area where my penis and testicles are when lying flat on my back. Hmm, I bought, thats strange. There was no irritation with it, however i did treat it with some anti fungal cream and it seemed to get better in a couple of days. Another week later and girl 2 has been back to her usual GP this time and been given a course of stronger Anti biotics and the doctor did ask if she had had unprotected sex with anyone who could have slept with someone else before. So now we are 4 weeks since I slept with girl 1. I still have a very slight rash, but nothing serious and no other symptoms. Girl 2 thinks she has been given Thrush by me. She now knows about girl 1, and is of course rightly livid with me. I really don't know much about Thrush. I have never had any stds before and would like to know if this sounds like Thrush and if so, is there anything else I should do. Thanks
