Skin abrasion on testicles while having protected sex

I had protected sex today and yesterday with different female partners, but had an abrasion on my testicles on the side near the back.  I'm worried that even with protection I may have exposed myself to STDs or even worse contracted one.  All I did was doggie style, so it did not receive direct contact.  However, one of the females began her period and some of her blood got on the base of my penis.  Should I be concerned?  What should I be worried about?  What should I do next?

See a Dr, nothing more I can tell you.

It's been two days and I've noticed a small circular patch near the edge of the rash, unlike the rash itself. I'm worried.

I did, "an abrasion is meaningless."

Thanks.  Could you explain why I shouldn't have to be worried?

But if it's an open wound of any kind albeit this one is a mere rash, shouldn't I be worried?
