Small 1mm wide hard zit-like lump on scrotum
So I have a 1mm-wide, greyish/white, hard lump on the skin on my scrotum. Not sure how long it has been there.
It's very rounded and not ulcerated. hard if I pinch the skin, feels like a very small peppercorn.
I have had hookups in the past month where a guy licked my scrotum, so I'm worried if this can be an STD like a primary syphilis chancre?
