Small Spots on Penis

I am worried about some small spots I have discovered on the shaft of my penis. there are 6 small raised spots just above where the penis meets the groin. I don't know how long they have been there as they were covered by pubic hair. They are slightly redder than the skin around them, but not painful, not oozing anything and don't bleed when touched.  I have had unprotected sex only with my current partner, and both her and I have only had protected sex before this current relationship. Are these just warts or spots or something harmless or are these possible a sign of an STD?

Fordyce's spots are very normal, and do not require any treatment.

They could be warts, or skin irritation or just normal skin variations.

I'd just get it checked.
