Dry Skin On Penis

Hi,

For the past 2 days i have noticed that the skin of my penis is dry and it seems like some sort of dry skin.

I am currently sexually active but always wear a condom. Also i have been masturbating more often lately.

What can this be? Can this be some sort of STD?

Does this seem dangerous in any way?
