Please help me I'm freaking out

I am a male in my late 20's.  About 2 weeks ago I received unprotected oral sex from another man.  It only lasted about a minute and my penis was pretty much flaccid.  The day after I noticed a brush burn under the head of my penis.  A few days later I startd having a slight burning sensation while urinating.  I am very concerned about my risks for STD's.  I have a girlfriend and do ot want to infect her if I have anything.  I am very regretful and am very worried.  I can't sleep and constantly worrying about my mistake.  Plese let me know what STDs I could have been exposed too and when I should get tested.

why not just go and be seen then and get answers for peace of mind?

blood on the tp after wiping was probably hemorrhoids.

I also forgot to post that I had blood on some toilet paper after I went to the bathroom (#2).  This also really freaked me out.  I'm convinced I have something, but also think it could be aniexty.

the risk of a std from unprotected oral is very low.

you can go now for basic urine testing if you need the peace of mind but odds are if you describe it was slight burning, it wasn't std related.
