My anxiety is killing me. Please Help.

So today I called the counseling at the clinic where I got tested for STDS. ( Herpes, HIV, Gonorrhea,Syphilis, Chlamydia, etc.) Here is my problem:. My exposure was on March 22 with a sex worker with oral sex with a condom on and vaginal sex ( don't remember if i wore condom or not). Today I called to ask if my negative test result on July 9 was conclusive ( 3 months and 18 days since the exposure.) She said yes except for Syphilis that apparently it can take months to develop and that I should get tested next month. I also called CDC and they said my test for all std is conclusive and that only HIV should I get tested at the 6 month mark again just to be sure I'm not in that 3%.
As of know the symtpons i have know are a stuffy nose that I've had for over a month and mouth ulcer inside my mouth and two small reddish sores on my upper lip.
My real questions are..
1. What is the testing period for HIV and Syphilis? I ask cause I've been told two different answers and all kinds of different things on the internet have really confused me..
2. Is my negative test result on July 9 ( 3 months and 18 days since exposure) conclusive? Can I clear my mind and start to believe there is no STD in me? ( I have not have any exposure since march 22)
3. Will it be necessary for me to test on September 22, my 6 month mark?
4. How reliable is Ora quick? I used it on july 8 and it came out negative for HIV but I'm questioning the accuracy?
5. When I got tested on July 9, the doctor told me that the test they use can find exposure of HIV 2 weeks after exposure and I was told it was a rapid test. How reliable are rapid test and what generation do they fall under?
I'm sorry for all the questions but my life has been hell since march 22 and I really need to clear my mind about all of this..
Please help me.

Yeah I was starting to accept there is nothing in me but after speaking too two different counselers with two different answers and recommendations really brought up my anxiety..
One last question though how long does it take for syphlisis to appear on a std test? I keep reading lots of different answers online and don't know what to believe..
I really appreciate your help though.

I wouldn't bother with any further testing. The odds of contracting a std from a one time encounter are overall very low. The odds that you'd be infected with something that wasn't picked up on your testing at the 3 month mark are lower yet. It's really a waste of time and money to do more testing and I think it would only add to your anxiety from this encounter.

You have had your hiv related questions answered in the hiv forum. This forum handles your other std testing.

It's time to move forward from this encounter. If you find that you can't do that on your own, you certainly should seek out professional help. Life is too short to be anxious needlessly and honestly if you are still anxious and obsessed over this encounter at this point, it will take professional help to get you through this.
