Std worry

Had an unprotected oral event 4 days ago for about 10 minutes. Day after I felt very tingly in the head of my penis. Day 2 changed to an icy hot like feeling in my genital region. Day 3 I felt normal besides a big pimple found on the back side of my thigh near buttocks and Day 4 the only thing I’ve noticed is my scrotum feels very itchy

Definitely sounds like an anxious state of mind. Anxiety is treatable. Oral sex carries with it a low risk. And symptoms for std's don't start the next day like you describe or follow a pattern like that.

Greetings.
Your symptoms are inconsistent with any STI but they suggest you are very anxious.
Itchy scrotum on day 4 and pimple on day 3 were not caused by STIs.
Since we don't know what day 5 ans 6 can bring you, you should seek help for anxiety issues

Thank you! I have read and come to the conclusion that it was 5 days for Gon and Chlamydia to test.
Also just been made aware of a rapid chlamydia and Gino test and was curious how effective they are
Most people wait until 2 weeks to test. You are overly anxious and will likely keep asking questions unless you realize that. You had a low risk and haven't described concerns yet that you actually have an std other than anxious thinking. Wait two weeks and accurately report what is going on to your doctor. If they think you need to test, do so.
