Any risk for std?

On May 30th I had protected oral sex performed on me from a female escort. She also licked my scrotum for 5-10 seconds. The whole thing took maybe 3 mins total. I'm 48 days past exposure and just wondering if I'm at risk for anything. I have not had any chancres or anything on my penis or scrotum and no rash of any sort. I currently feel like I have a head cold with a sore throat and stuffy/runny nose. Also have some what of a white coating on tongue. When I keep my mind off of it for the most part I feel ok, but when I start looking at symptoms and what not I start feeling like I have all of them. I'll start to feel itchy but if I don't think about it it goes away. If anyone has any input for me I would greatly appreciate it I'm trying to move forward but as soon as I rule out one thing something else pops in my head. Thanks for all your help

Should I just believe then that all my "symptoms" are just from anxiety?
