sti from handjob ?

hi
visited a parlour , got a handjob without a condom, no anal, vaginal , mouth contact at all.I didnt spot any sores on her hands but didnt look too hard.

now 10-12 days after I am convinced I have something going on, testicles are tingling (started 7 days in) , penis head is tingling, I historically get recurrent fungal infections on my penis head anyway but my penis head feels damp, some slight discomfort on urination and poss some very slight discharge ( not sure) and poss slight red at the tip (no current masturbation) , i do not have any sores but its uncomfortable, slightly itchy
what is the risk of an sti/herpes? i was previously tested march 2012 and all clear but not sre if the docs checked for herpes
thanks

we don't routinely test for fungal infections - most of the time it's by exam only.

different types of fungal infections can cause different symptoms.

best to be seen when you have symptoms next time.

were your urine samples negative?

this doesn't sound at all like herpes or molluscum.

thanks, but this seems different from any of the fungal episodes I have ever had, I just went to a healthcare but this was just before the spots flared up and they didnt examine me, just took urine samples, is there a method to distinguish between a fungal problem and herpes? as I understand they have similar symptoms, could it be molloscum?

these aren't std related from this encounter.

see your provider for a proper exam and diagnosis. it's most likely a fungal infection going on.

now have small red spots maybe 5 or so inside the foreskin and a slight red ring around the penis tip, understand that its theoretically not possible to get sti but never had anything like these spots before, please help

you didn't contract a std from a hand job.

if they used a lube or massage oil, they can often be very irritating.
