Strange change in vaginal discharge

Hi all, earlier in the year I was diagnosed with a nasty yeast infection that took quite a while to treat, it went away eventually and everything returned to normal, with slight reoccurrences topically(skin peeling, slight itching, would go away with application of anti fungal cream) during the summer.  I haven't had sex with anyone since summer, and have only had unprotected sex once(in may) with a partner I trusted.

The last 4 or so weeks I have had a change in vaginal discharge to this thin foul smelling(can't really describe the smell) that was quite prolific, sometimes it was a greyish color, and others a brown rather like spotting, when dried it would crust.  Since my first yeast infection earlier in the year my vulva regions has been slightly more senstive than normal, but now it is quite red and the skin kind of rubs off when I wipe with TP. I have never had any sort of open sores, and it does not hurt to urinate, nor has there been any change there. Three weeks ago I used an OTC yeast treatment(kadefungin) on it just in case it was a yeast infection, and no change was seen.  This past week the discharge changed again to become itchy, and much more irritating(skin very red/sensitive), and now(as of yesterday) the thin discharge is gone, and in its place is this clumpy discharge(like I had with the yeast infection).

I have an appointment with my gyno on Tuesday(earliest appointment possible, called last week), but am not sure how to explain this all to her, and or if I should request specific STD tests, or just see if I can get tested for everything.  I am quite worried and confused as to what is going on, I have had 5 sexual partners in the past 2 years, and in all but one case everything was protected, and to be perfectly honest I am rather freaking out. Suggestions or ideas would be greatly appreciated.

this isn't yeast. you should've never used the otc yeast treatment on it.

At this point you just have to wait until you are seen - sounds like bv and you can't treat that with otc treatments.

when at your appointment, certainly cover your bases with a full std screening and make sure you ask for herpes testing too since that typically isn't included.  condoms are not 100% protection against herpes transmission so periodic testing for it is always a good idea.

avoid sex until you'd have this properly treated too.

I think with the smell that it might be BV. I don't think this is STD related.
