Chlamydia/Gonorrhea testing window

I'm female and I received oral from a male as well as genital to genital rubbing and no penetration. 4 days later I did a NAAT for chlamydia and gonorrhea and the results were negative.

4 months later I now have what my doctor says is my very first yeast infection (she did look under a microscope to confirm yeast) but after 3 weeks it still has not fully cleared up. Mostly vaginal/anal burning (not when urinating) and no discharge.

So I am wondering if there is also an STI at play here? Can I rely on my std results from the test I did 4 days after exposure?
