Dots at the tip of my penis
Last night I had unprotected oral sex and about 30 minutes later I noticed some red-pink spots at the tip of my penis, it doesn't hurt or itch but I don't know what it is.

No std symptom appears that soon so most likely a friction irritation from the act itself
