Can urethritis cause deep pain in the penis and the base of the penis?

I've had mild pain on urination for a couple of months.  I have a small amount (drop) of white discharge if I use my fingers to squeeze my urethra from the perineal area out to the tip.  I haven't had any pain or swelling at the tip of the penis.  No pain on ejaculation.

But the past few days I've had an aching feeling deep inside the penis and at the base of the penis by the top (not by the scrotum) where the ligament is.

Is this type of pain associated with any STD?  I wouldn't think mild urethritis would cause that.  If an infection had moved into the prostate or testicles would it cause this kind of pain?

I don't have much sex, don't masturbate much, so it's not soreness from use.  I've received unprotected oral sex from a woman in the past few months (protected vaginal sex though), maybe twice a month.

Any input would be appreciated.

I'm updating my own post.  After a few weeks of this odd pain, I passed a small kidney stone or maybe a bladder stone, like the size of a grain of sand.  I've had kidney stones cause electric zapping pain before, but apparently they can cause just a general ache feeling too.  My penis feels much better now, lol.
