Syphallis Test Negative after 6 weeks

Hello-  I had a potential contact F2M contact 6.5 weeks before testing via oral sex and penis touching outside vagina.  Around 3 weeks later I developed a sore on the head of the penis that lasted 2.5 weeks- no pain.  Test performed was an RPR Screen with Reflex to Titer.  Screen came back negative.

How conclusive is the result at this point?  Reading varied opinions online.

A test at 6 weeks is conclusive so no further testing is needed. Cant say what that sore is, but it is not syphilis.

Oral carries a low risk for syphilis anyway and mutual masturbation (touching around the vagina) is no risk unless you rubbed it into an ulcer.

Thanks for the response Gazsmitherster,  From what I've read it looks like there is a 20-30% chance of false negative during the primary stage.  Is that not the case?
No, the chances of a false negative at 6 weeks is minimal. I would estimate less than 5%. A syphilis test at 6 weeks is considered conclusive. A test at 3/4 weeks would be a good indicator of the result, but 6 weeks is the gold standard.
like, way less than 5%. I was being conservative. you can 100% move on from this.

Couple things to add, the oral sex was received and the encounter was with an escort.  The company who ordered the test for me said it was 97-99% accurate at 3-6 weeks.  Feeling pretty anxious, what would the chances be?

Would a second test at this point be conclusive (7.5 weeks post exposure)?
