Syphilis window peroid and effect of antibiotic on it

At  late November 2015, a woman massagist provided asturbation for me and after ejaculation she used her wet  towel to wipe my penis and balanus. Besides, we rubbed private parts each other, but we both weared briefs.  I am not clear whether a wound was on her hand and her towel was reused without  wash. Several days later, I feel urethra pain and got urethritis. I ate roxithromycin(antibiotic) for 11 days to treate urethritis.  On 59 days after my action,  I did syphilis antibody test(TPHA), and the result is negative. I wonder how long is syphilis antibody window peroid and whether  roxithromycin could defer produce of syphilis antibody? Can  syphilis be excluded?

Thank you. I have no sore or chancre on my penis and balanus, but some rashes rise on my breast, back and face(before this asturbation, there was also some rashes on my body) .  I learn about syphilis could  transmit indirectly by towel, clothes etc, so I fell scared about it. TPHA test on 59 days has significance?

3 months is the test window for syphilis. However this is a essentially a zero risk event for syphilis. If you have had no symptoms such as a penile chancre then there is no real need for further testing.
