Little liquid after urinating

So I have a question and I think I could be overreacting. Lately I've been having some clear liquid but not much follow my urination that yellow. I believe it's discharge. It's not a ton by any means. The only this discharge occurs is when I urinate. My urine had been burning a little bit but not painful at all. I did have unprotected sex 29 days ago who had no genital herpes symptoms but no symptoms. I do have mild itchyness but I think that's skin irritation from dry rubbing. I don't have any symptoms to suggest herpes and I've visited my doc and after a physical exam he was 98% sure I did not have herpes. I do take a multivitamin so there's a possibility that could cause the burning. I drink a ton of water a day as well and take a fish oil. So I'm not sure...could use some help?

I'll add:
My boxers will feel wet to my penis but when I check with my hand it feels dry.
