Testicles and Penis pain and loose motions after sex, plz help

Hello Dr,
Sorry for the poor english.
A month back I had a sex with street side *****. She sucked my penis (with condom) and testicles hardly. And later
while in intercourse (with condom), I got sever pain in penis.

Immediately after two days, my penis and testicles got sever pain. Once after I get the pain in my testicles, I had
to go for a forceful loose motion. It continues for a week. Still, I do have have pain in penis and some times pain
in testicles. Little burning while pee. no discharge and no bumps or sore on penis.

urinalysis reports shows negative.

What could be the reason for pain??

Thank you for your advice.

That varies from doctor to doctor, so you should ask your doctor how long it takes.

Thank you your response.

I've requested my Dr to run a test against STD's. They have took my urine sample two days back and they said they are going to do "DNA Probe-C.Trachomatis & N.Gonorrhoeae"

How many days would it take to announsed the result of above test??

Thank you much!

Well you had protected sex so it's not an STD. It could be a prostate issue but probably not. Most likely is you have some bruising of your testicles from the rough oral sex.
I would keep an eye on it and possibly see a Dr for a full exam soon.
