Hard bump/ lump on shaft of penis.
I noticed a har lump on my penis, right aroun the shaft, and Its under the skin. It's not bothersome, but it it is turning a bit red, since I've been touching it. I've had it for 3 days and it hast developed into a sore or anything. It's a bit bigger then a pimple, more like a zit, It doesn't hurt, but it does feel irritated when I touch it. It also feels hard like a lump. Could this be Herpes or Syphillis? I'm pretty freaked out. I'm going to the doctor tomorrow.

I had oral, protected anal, and penis to penis rubbing. I haven't had any rash or swollen lymphnodes. The lump is only painful when I touch it or lay on it.
