Tingling Scrotum

I am a male, 20 yrs. old and have had an itchy and tingling testicle sack (scrotum) for several months. At the time I was sexualy active but used protection, however recieved unprotected oral sex.
The itchy and tingling is only on the skin of the testicle sack and not on the penis, pubic area, jock area or anus.
Some days it's bad and some days it dosen't ever happen but is worse early in the morning and late at night
I don't have any sores or inflamation or red flaking skin or sore genitals, and the doctor told me it could be scabies and I have used the body cream Lyclear TWICE spaced two months apart. I use a product called Eurax cream daily and it normally helps.
Could this be an STD or a serve scabies infestation or something else?

That's all you need to have.  Many times, people with stds have NO symptoms, so any symptoms need to be checked out.

It could be an std, and its more than time for you to get it checked out.
