Tingling Sensation

I got a hand job from a friend about 70 days ago. May have had fluids on hand. Not much though. I began feeling tingling/irritation in my urethra about 35 days ago. No discharge. No burning when I pee. No sores. The sensation comes and goes. I have masturbated since and that usually relieves the feeling. I feel like I have had this sensation before but never for this long. Any ideas what this could be?

thanks...yes I have been worrying. It just has lasted so long. I have been drinking a ton of water so I pee a lot. Just a weird irritation...I guess anxiety is making me crazy...heh.

I wonder if I could have gotten bacteria in my urethra from masturbating.....I will see a doc if it isn't resolved soon.

It could be any of the items that AJ mentioned above. You should go to your Primary Care Physician or a urologist. It could also be the manifestation of constantly thinking about your penis. Have you been worrying much about this?

Its not an std from a handjob.  If you are concerned, you should see your doctor.

It could be something as simple as you need to drink more water, less caffeine or alcohol, for example.
